How come Cobanermani can upload his vids without problem (he's not signed up for that youtube program of Nintendo)? These youtubers are exaggerating the problem to make themselves look important.

Not true. His argument is that everyone but Nintendo realizes that Youtube is one of their strongest sources of word of mouth and publicity.
