This is ridiculous.
Its a fault of the software - not the device. The Wii can do everything the PS2 can do - and a heap more - and no one ever whinged that the PS2 is a "toy, not suitable for story based gaming".
If they are being critical of the bulk of the casual software for the device - then so be it. But its no reason to be critical of the Wii itself. You cannot argue that Zelda:TP, Metroid 3, Okami, NMH (etc) is not "gaming".
Better still Bioware - come on out, and show us what the Wii *is* capable of. For heavens sake, you are making a RPG for the DS ;)
