First off, I don't wanna hear people saying there are no SMT or FE elements in the game. If you watch the trailer closely you can find a LOT.

Also, thanks to Hiku for sharing this. - v

Illusory Revelations ♯ Fire Emblem – Producer

"In this PV, many people may find it hard to understand where the essence of “Fire Emblem” comes into play. However, this will be explained more in the future, so please wait for a follow-up to this."

Second, there ARE Fire Emblem characters. Tiki (a known FE character) is shown in many instances (at 54 seconds in the trailer there is a poster of her as well.)

They are using the class system from Fire Emblem (proved by the archers/Pegasus knights)

Now for SMT elements, the battle system seems to work like SMT but using the characters with their classes instead. (demons are also shown in multiple instances) Also, you only control the main character from what we have seen and that is all you get to do in an SMT game.

Now, Persona is definitely influenced, but I have a feeling the game will start out happy and go getting and then get darker as the story progresses. I mean look at the ruined city near the end of the trailer? That's what SMT is all about. Atlus is most likely hiding this and waiting until E3 for more details on the story. So, they will most likely start out in a normal life with that cool other fantasy world thing they have for fun experience, but then everything goes to shit cause of gods and stuff. (also again, supported by the ruined city)
