Hehe, funny.

But what gets me, is he is saying anything previous to this gen and the PS3 and Xbox 360 could not have a story. So for instance, no Final Fantasy has ever had a story.

Actually what he's saying makes perfect sense. None of the current Wii lineup are really defined by their stories. Would you like to argue that Super Mario Galaxy's story was awesome? Super Mario Strikers? Brawl? ...? The Wii doesn't have a lot of games with detailed stories at the moment.

I won't argue that Wii is lacking in good story driven games. I really hope that changes over time. But his statement doesn't make much sense. If he's just plain talking about the Wii lacking story driven games currently, as opposed to it's ability to have one, then it would make good buisness sense to be the one of the first to fill that hole in the best selling current gen system, not the other way around, and avoid it.

Maybe.  There is a distinct lack of giant pink top hats among US Corporate CEOs, do see that as a viable business to go into?   Part of being a good business analyst is being able to spot the difference between an opening in the market and a "non-need."

I'd love more RPGs though.  What the Wii needs is for a title/developer to prove that there is demand for them.
