i have only have one real reason. As seen with the decision to cut ice cllimbers from the smash bros, portables just can't stack up to home consoles. That being said i would still prefer that nintendo unify the consoles as long as it's done right. There are some great games on the 3ds, and i'm hoping, if all this happens, we see an average game cost of 50$.
