Generally I agree with this but I'd maybe amend it a bit

NX Portable - Wii U level graphics at 540p-720p, even some more modern lighting/shader effects/more RAM, 6 inch screen at 1280x720, $229.99 launch fall 2016 (300 GFLOPS approx)

NX Console - 3x the portable (900 GFLOPS approx), so not far off from an XBox One. Runs Portable Games at 1080P with some added effects. Has 1-2 new gimmick inputs (head tracking visor?). $199-$229, 2017 launch (?)

I think the initial form factor of the portable will more like a mini-tablet, than a pocket handheld. Tablet form factor will give them more size to disspate heat from a relatively decent chipset and include a larger battery. Smaller form factor can come later when 16 or 14nm shrink is possible. 

If they have things like Zelda at launch they can probably get away with the bigger launch price too -- that will ensure the hardcore Nintendo fans are buying at the start ... whereas Nintendogs couldn't sell a $250 3DS, everyone was waiting for the "real" Nintendo games to show up.
