The Wii U has fuck all of nearly every core Nintendo franchise. Zelda isn't the one that makes that suddenly different. It won't be skipping the Wii U in any sense. It'll still be on the Wii U, just like TP was still on the GCN and is widely considered by most to not even be a real Wii Zelda. (even though that's not true either)
There aren't "more reasons." The Wii U is already on it's way to a decline and it will be four years old by 2016. If the Wii U's still selling worse than the Vita weekly after more than two years, who seriously expects any sane company to ride that out for more than another two? It will be ripe for a hardware upgrade, considering how recordbreakingly bad it's selling after over two years on the market. The XB was dropped for less.
And considering the "Fusion" concept that is all but outright confirmed, it'll likely be both anyway.
