There is no one on this planet that is more of a Paper Mario fanboy than myself. I am literally obsessed at the notion of Paper Mario SO MUCH that I have prevented myself from posting lengthy threads on here and prevented myself from reviewing the series (in my "Reviews by The Walrus" series) due to my freaking excitement level going through the roof and me going insane for an hour at a time. I can't contain my paper Mario energy. I own all 4 and can't tell you how many times I've played them. I love them each for their uniqueness. TTYD is my favorite of the series and imo the greatest game of all time. If they remade it, and included at least something new to it/updated, I would be very tempted to buy it to experience it on the go rather than popping in my gamecube disk into my wii (which is inconvenient due to me using my Wii U for Wii U/Wii games). Ugh If they included a remastered PP1 (which really needs the enhanced visuals imo) with PP:TTYD I would just die. Ugh.
I want this!
I want Paper Mario 5 for Wii U in 2015 or 2016, and I want a Super Paper Mario 2 (Imo it should be considered a subseries of Paper Mario and still respected enough to get new games) by 2017 or 2018!!!! I'm so excited that I need to stop talking and walk away right now....!
