PS4 sold more in November + December... so if you think Xbone sold 1.4m you will need to add more than these 400k to PS4 not including what it sold in September/October. It will give you more than 1.6m and more than 3m for PS4 + Xbone. That is not possible... sorry... for more than Xbone sold in Nov and Dec... PS4 sold more... that is pure maths. Best possible number for Xbone is 1.3m... my estimates is more close to 1.2m to be fair. |
i know that ps4 sold more in december and with that gap even more in november and december combined (probably very slightly, but doesn't matter)
yes, if xb1 sold 350k in november + december, the ps4 sold 350k + x units
1m ps4 was early/mid september
1m xb1 was mid november
240k xb1+ps4 the last week of november
110k xb1 + ps4 the previous week of november
xb1 sold the most for the last week of october and all weeks of november
ps4 sold the most for november and december combined (so the ps4 outsold the xb1 in december by enough units to negate the november salesgap)
december ist still the best selling month for home consoles. (december is also 5 weeks, while november is just 4 weeks) so its 99,9% safe to assume december sales are > november sales
400k xb1 + ps4 is my lowest estimate for november (only 50k xb1 + ps4 for 2 weeks in november the cod and halo week)
400k xb1 + ps4 is my lowest estimate for december
that 3m figures seems to be way to low.
3.2 or even 3.3 seems more likely
it's either that, or the ps4 sold nealry nothing between september and november - that's is impossible
or december sales crased hard and both nexgen consoles sold only 50% of its november sales - that's highly unlikely, too
