My personal estimates to UK @ End of January (considering PS4 sold more in Nov + Dec):

PS4: 1.7-1.8m
Xbone: 1.2-1.3m

PS. I'm more inclined to close 1.8m/1.2m than 1.7/1.3m to hold the 1.5:1 ratio.

Edit - That's confirms Xbone is a lot overtracked in Europe and others because VGC do the Europe + Others sales based on UK estimates... it can be below 11 million yet.

I said in late 2014 that UK is heavy overtracked here.

The only thing we knows is:

- Both consoles passed 1m
- The sales ratio when PS4 passed 1m was 1.5:1

Ur assumtion is wrong

We also know, that the XB1 sold 1 million as of 15th November 2013 (afther outselling Ps4 for 3 weeks. the sunset overdrive week, the cod week and the halo week) http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/xbox-one-sells-1m-in-the-uk/0141711
We also know, that next gen sold 240k units the black friday week with xb1 being shlighly ahead (within 1k units or so)
And that week was an 120% increase over the previuos week, wich the xb1 sold most, too
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=141774907&postcount=216

that alone would add 180xb1 consoles

and now u want to assume xb1 only sold 15k or even just 115k units the whole december and january (while one week in november easy sold more) in the second biggest home console market in the world?

xb1 is at 1.4m or maybe even more as of end of january
but that does not mean ps4 is at 1.6m only. that number is to low, too
the only reasonable answer would be the "more than 3 million" phrase being at least 3.09million or even 3.1x million or more

both xb1 and ps4 sold a shit load of units november and december in uk
