PS4 numbers are right... they need remove from UK (overtracked) and add in others EU/RoW countries... it needs to be 20.2m at end of February... no question here.
Germany and UK are really close numbers for PS4:
October 21st 2014 = 1 million in Germany
September 7th 2014 = 1 million in UK
I can say when Germany hit 1 million UK had ~1.1m to PS4.
Xbone is definivily overtracked in EU/RoW... and yes I guess today it passed 11m already but not at end of February.
