This doesn't really confirm or deny much of anything. It can only grant us some level of suspicions on what could or could not happen. It's malleable enough of a statement that it doesn't have to be a bad thing. Of course I am aware of Iwata/Nintendo's track record, but I will remain neutral on what this news means.
