Pretty sure the report said no ports, just new IPs. 

Not just new IPs. They will also use existing IPs, but the games will be developed for mobile separately, no ports of already existing games.

They'll have to be new games. Almos every Nintendo game recquires good controlls to play, just imagine a Mario game without buttons. Nintendo will have to develope a new way to get precise mevement on the games without buttons.
