Well, i didn't see it coming. Except that i took DS domination for granted, but Wii is a different matter. Right after 360 launch, when Bill Gates announced that 360 will be upgraded to have HD-DVD drive, i knew that 360 isn't going to sell much before it has the drive. So i thought that M$ would be the biggest loser, when counting the percentage in number of units sold lost in comparision to previous console. I also thought that Sony would remain dominant, losing the most in number of units sold in comparision to previous console. But Wii, i thought would double the sales of GC, ending up somewhere between N64 and Snes, maybe even pass Snes if lucky. Now, in the worst case scenario, Wii will pass Snes (it's already in halfway). @Rock on: I don't see 200M impossible, you need to remember few things: Nintendo can push the price extremely low even at quite early stage, it only depends of supply when it's worth it, Wii is aimed for even larger demographic than PS2 and even PS2 just started its nineth year in the market. And about pushing to reach 120M, considering Iwata believing Wii will pass PS2 as the most sold console, i think Nintendo makes its strategy to keep that in mind, so it won't be Nintendo limiting the possibility. Wii also tracks above PS2 at this stage and take what i said above into consideration.
