Would tend to agree with you that Wii will have a shorter lifecycle (I do sense that it could just be riding high at the moment). The coming years will be very interesting to follow for the living room sonsoles market.
However, for the DS, the sheer volume of sales justifies the use of a term such as "domination" imo. But that's just me...
