Bloodborne and LBP 3 were announced 9 (although it was supposed to launch in february, after 8 months) and 5 months before their launch, respectively. I doubt they have anything even close to as big as Uncharted, but it wouldn't be unprecedented of Sony to announce a relatively big AAA exlusive not too long before release.
