I have played a few heists, and I gotta say they shouldn't have charged for them. Personally, I liked them, but you can't suddenly put a price on something fans have been expecting for nearly 2 years. That's not a smart thing to do. Rockstar's reputation would be permanently tarnished for making us all wait for a DLC they have said repeatedly it was free, and then charge it out of the blue.
