Fair Enough, although those are fairly unimpressive sales for a franchise as long as kirby (they all can't be million dollars sellers like mario but still)

At the very least, I think we can agree that the popularity of Kirby has declined and will continue to do so unless something major happens. Not much love for the pink blob outside of Smash.

Thanks^ Also What makes you thinkthose are unimpressive sales? You want to know why they are not unimpressive? Because they keep making them. Outside of Mario Spin offs + Pokemon, its one of the only Nintendo franchises that actually has 4-5+ entrys per generation.

Basically inputting that nintendo are happy with the sales otherwise they wouldn't keep putting Kirby in the spotlight. A good example of this is DK. DK Returns was a huge success and of course a sequel came out very soon after (on wiiu) even before metroid.

As for popularity, he certainly hasnt declined, not going by Triple Deluxe a game that i think is at 1.7mil+ by Dec 2014 and will likely be above 2.2mil-2.3mil lifetime. BTW that is actually one of the highest selling Kirby's as it usually is a 1.2mil-1.5mil seller (at least traditional and big spin offs)
