Open-World games are taking over the industry, but do you like this trend?

I don't really care for the open world games as much as I used to. After a few GTAs and a few others it kinda gets to be the same old same old. Maybe I'm experiencing genre fatigue, but just because a game is huge doesn't mean its good. Hopefully developers make what they want without thinking a game has to be open world.
