First of, the OP mixes stuff together. Islamism and Islam are to radically different things. Second, do you really think that just because a person is Muslim, she it he automatically vote for an Islamic party? Also, we have several Christian parties in Europe and you don't seem to react to them the same way, even though people who have claimed themselves to be Christian has caused way worse tragedies than radical Muslims. I would say that the post is full unfounded judgement of people who happen to belong to one religion, and I think that mindset is wrong whether you direct it at Muslim, Christians, Jews, atheists or anyone else. Try to start seeing people as people instead, that could help you ALOT.

People are people, but even people aren't always as good as we like to think we are, besides loving and compasionate we are greedy, arrogant, wage war amongst eachother, destroy the planet and every non human creature living on it and opress. Besides not every human is the same or want to be treated the same as another human if I did that I would insult many people on a daily basis, giving hands, celebrating santa since wishing merry christmas is not done for some cultures, black pete et cetera, for example what is very normal to one culture might be very insulting towards another, which is exactly the problem and is why some cultures better couldn't be mixed in to great numbers, creating tension and cultural wriction

As long as that party has a lot to offer what you want, which very well could be the case in Europe than yeah I guess quite a lot of people wil vote for that party since quite a lot feel opressed (whether that is justified is another discussion) and if there is a party standing up for their rights should'n you vote for that party?  The Christian political parties in Europe have few to offer these days we have churches the religion is widely accepted, yet declining since atheism is growing among young people and there primal concerns are about whether shops should be open on sunday and anticonception. But please enlight which Christian group has caused something like 9/11 or blowing up a london metro the since 2000, which isn't a goverment.

Anders Behring Breivik shot 74 kids at a youth camp and claimed to be on a Christian crusade towards Islamism. You've had several cases of Christian terrorism on American soil, only those people are always called crazy (funny how that is). You also have the Bush crusade against Iraq, an illegal war that wasn't sanctioned by the US congress and where Bush on numerous occasions made references to god. The thing is, we make up different rules for "us" compared to "them" and take the easy way out in grouping people of a certain religion together and making them responsible for what a few radical elements do.

An example of how media prioritize: How much have you heard of the Norwegian synagogue, where 1000 Muslims formed a chain in order to protect the Jews inside from any potential terrorist attack? For every terrorist in a religion, you have a thousand people within that religion that are prepared to stand up against violence.
