I dunno, a new IP from Nintendo that was similar to Diablo or Baulders Gate could take perfect advantage of a C-Stick. Tons of options for extra control and stuff. I keep thinking of playing one of those games with a GCN controller and loving the idea. A dungeon crawler with a fixed camera or a camera controlled only by one stick, could be awesome.
