It seems that you want these forums so you can invite your friends, and exclude everyone else. Hence why there were rules, no spammers, no people who don't agree with my point of view, no people under 1000 posts even if they provide better insight than those with 2000+ and have been here longer, and only if I say so. Those kind of rules just say, "I want an elite board for all the 'cool' people".
If ioi really wants to make private forums, then so be it, but I see no need for them whatsoever.
If you guys want this private forum to chat on, why not just create your own forums. From what I gather a few of the people on the list are capable of doing this. I even had 5 friends who had their own free forum, I'm sure you can find some site that will give you free space and a way to hook up a forum.
