GTA is one of the few franchises that gets everyone's attention. If that happened it would be the best chance for Wii U to turn its fate around. But R* would need to be insistent from the start that this game will NEVER leave Wii U. It would be the only way to hammer it into people's heads that it won't go anywhere. Even then there would be doubters and haters and everything under the sun.
