People claim that Retro Studios is Nintendo's only western development team. That's not true, as Nintendo Software Technology is located within Nintendo Of America's headquarters. You just answered your own question.

That makes no sense. Just because they have ex-Rockstar, EA and Microsoft employees doesn't mean they have bad management. Heck, none of those ecompanies have any noteworthy platformers and yet these guys are making platform games!
