I think Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem will be moved to the next handheld as well (maybe Wii U will get a port if its easy to do). This is why Nintendo is deathly quiet about the game even though it was announced two years ago.
This is going to be like the GameCube, where a lot of late gen GCN projects like Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, and Fire Emblem started off as GCN games, but ended up on the Wii.
And to be honest you can't really knock the decision, leaving Twilight Princess only the GCN would've been stupid. That game sold easily double the number it would have because Nintendo put it on Wii. Super Paper Mario also enjoyed highly inflated sales thanks to being in the Wii launch window. If you remove Zelda and Super Paper Mario from the Wii launch window, the lineup would've been very, very poor too, there would be like a 6-7 month drought between Wii Sports/Excitetruck/Wario Ware and not much else in between.
