Sony and Nintendo do launch a lot of their titles at sporadic times of the year. I think its a mistake that they launch their even some of the mid tier first party at the first and second quarter sometimes, but they do. It just shows how much they have and how willing they are to spread it out. Nintendo is essentially forced to do so with their exclusives because of the lack of third party.

Microsoft on the other hand has an pretty much even share of multiplats with Sony and has been noticed to still launch their games 3rd to 4th quarter. Of course we all know its strategy, but really....is it only that?

Seriously it doesnt matter how many exclusives a company has man. It is ALL about the quality. Who cares if for example MS has a 2:1 ratio in the year 2017 for exclusives over SONY, what matters is how good the game is.  I dont want shovelware exclusives coming out each year just so fanboys can say PS4 or X1 is domainating thier competition when it comes to exclusives. Well guess what, what happends if 3/4 quarters of those games are terrible and not worth 60 bucks where the competition has released half as many but they are well worth day 1 purchase.

I know which scneario i will choose

Microsoft has more studios than Sony and Nintendo and you're arguing a quantity vs quality argument with me? .....Dude. Lets focus on the point though, bro. Its about Microsofts big games always coming out in 3rd and 4th quarter. Stick to that.
