Honestly the ideal situation I think would be:

August - Forza 6 Motorsport

September - Halo 5 (It worked well for Destiny and the further away from Call of Duty the better.)

October - Fable Legends

November - Quantum Break

December - Rise of the Tomb Raider

Something similar to that.

August - nothin. usually August isn't a good month for the game's.

September - Halo 5

October - Feable Legend + Forza 6

November - Rise of The Tomb Raider + Marcus Fenix collection

December - as August
