Never pushed anything, always answered questions, made sure I was informed about my purchase. Complete opposite of what I'm used to. I think they go against corporate policy in how to deal with customers, because I actually felt respected. |
When I picked up The Order the clerk handed me my receipt and said the following: "We heard from a few people that the code on the reciept isn't working, it might have to do with PsN updating on Tuesdays and this game is a Friday release, which is not the norm. If you ever come in again feel free to let me know how it went for you. It would be great if I knew exactly how those are handled, that way I can let people know when they pick up the odd Friday releases.
He didn't have to do that, but he did and it shows he listens to what the customers tell him and that he actually gives a damn.
The people at my local GameStop are really good people.
