I admit I didn't put to much thought into it, I just went by last years numbers where they both increased from January to February. 

INteresting, didn't realise that happened last year. Come to think of it Donkey Kong released that month in the U.S., though not sure Wii-U Xbox One was up.

They also increase due to the tax returns that people get here.
