Sure VGChartz, PS Vita did better in USA than Europe in January 2015!
And USA is still undertracked, if PS Vita sales are 39% of the 3DS (Source: NPD), PS Vita sales should be around 36k in USA (not North America!!!). 36k in USA and 23k in Europe are impossible for the Vita, Europe is a much better market for Playstation Vita! Europe & North America are undertracked!
