The person who I am moderator for on another site, had pretty much similar opinions to you Aldro. He might been nicer on the gameplay.
He only played the first three chapters (He is a letsplayer, who doesn't like playing full games on launch day, because he wants people to play them, unless the game is something Last Of Us or GTAV, where he knows people will finish them.)
Add: He did think this game is $40 dollar purchase however.
