This source says 11% average for digital.  However, Ocarina of Time 3D saw 20%.  

Digital is all over the place! It depends on the game.

AC= HUGE Digital Sales

SSBU= Ok Digital Sales

SSB3DS= Alot of Digital Sales

Mario Kart 7+8 have a shit ton as well. Surprised by MK7, its in the top 20 for US Digital.

Yes, it does depend on the game.  However, Majora's Mask 3D is very likely to have more than 10% (especially if the average is 11% and that Ocarina of Time 3D got 20% in 2013).  Also, not surprising, Majora's Mask 3D is on the top of the weekly digital charts for the eShop.
