Me neither but I got the WW HD bundle, got Pikmin 3 for free during the MK8 promotion, bought MK8 dlc, bought ALTTP, Metroid Fusion and MPT.

I only have 7GB left I think.

I haven't had to use any external storage yet, I have 8.5GB still free on my Wii U's internal 32GB, and I may not even use that up as I don't plan to buy many digital titles.
