Actually, its not like he didnt know about the DRM or the Tomb Raider job. Spencer knows what will piss people off, he's just honest and willing to explain it away. He admitted that he had been around or involved in a couple of projects which were like Uncharted and they failed so this was an "opportunity" for them. Not a huge feather in the cap of MS first party development. Trust me...there will be more moneyhat jobs to combat Sony. Thats the major way they know how. Spencer in a response to Sony funding Street Fighters development sounded almost like he was amused that Sony would play ball like Microsoft.
