E3 is the greatest stage for publishers to give each other the big ol' lovin FUCK YOU to one another. like when Microsoft threw out the megaton and announced FF is coming to the 360, or Sony mocking MS's DRM strategies, or when Nintendo gave nintendo a big F U by not having a live presentation. and even smaller sized FUCK you were given, like when MS has insomniac on stage and announced an xbox exclusive. many examples can be given, however, this E3 ms has a great opportunity to give Sony the biggest most bad ass FUCK YOU EVER.

as we all know, The Last Guadrian is officialy DEAD. and this is the perfect chance for MS. at E3 at the end of the show MS should keep the Halo trailer for last, and the end of the trailer it shows a release date and slowly the name of halo 5: guardians appears.. but its not halo 5 guardians... its Halo 5: The Last Guadrian. the gaming community rages in anger, why should MS care, why is sony so stupid and let them do this, MS is ruining halo, team ICO sucks, and lets bash nintendo because why the fuck not.

but even though it wont happen, you must admit, it would be epic if it did.

Also you forgot about last year Sony giving an FU to MS by announcing all the Destiny exclusives which we all know was created by Bungie, the company that really gave MS a foothold in the console biz....

Would be interesting to watch but not sure MS would change the name considering the name could tie into the story somehow. Still, they could include something in the trailer mentioning TLG.

"HALO 5! GUARDIANS! FACE OFF AGAINST 'THE LAST OF THE GUARDIANS' THIS FALL!" or something.

That would be awesome. Even if it wasn't so official and it was just a bunch of digs during the E3 presentation of H5. It would be a great laugh. If Sony leaves it in this state for too long someone will snap it up, even if they do it in hopes that Sony would buy it off them because they still plan to make the game.

OR

it's part of the Sony/Marvel deal. Marvel said they want to use the TLG title for a future movie and Sony said "sure, take it, but we still want to be able to use it for the TLG game if we ever get around to making it." What's the bet Disney becomes the new owner of the trademark within a few days?
