Bit off topic but is the rest of NA really that small in terms of the gaming market?
Most of the the Caribbean and central America I can understand as most of their populations are only in the hundreds of thousands, their cultures are also probably very different and unfortunately maybe their quality of life is poorer, no offense meant there. Even still Cuba, Puerto Rico, Haiti and Dominican Republic have a combined population of 35ish million. Thats quite a lot of people.
This is without taking Mexico (112m) and Canada (33m) into account. Canada especially have a quality of life and culture similar to USA/EU.
I find it hard to believe some 180m (at a guess) fellow North Americas don't contribute more than, in this example, an extra 15,000 units of HW.
