That is my consideration.
Without November and December, February is the month when the console sell better. At lest in the US...

As you see, for the 360 February was the best month withouth November and December... for the other console:
XBO: even for XBO february was the best not-holiday month, and is seriusly incredible as even in September and March with Destiny and Titanfall boost, it have not break the February sales!
PS4: It is rise in March because Infamous, but only by 3k...the boost isn't so big, if Infamous was released in February, PS4 would fore sure sold more weekly in February. The only bigger month was September because Destiny+PS4 white, but still, if the bundle was released in February, probabily that PS4 would sold even more than 107k on week.
WiiU: Withouth the MarioKart month, February was the best month ever... and yes, it was even the DK month, but DK don't have sold too much, so, i don't think that it was only DK boost. Also, even if Hyrule Warrior's have sold better than DK, Wii U in February have sold more...
3DS: as for 360... the bigger month was February... yeah, is released Bravely Default, but in Sep is coming Smash, and it have sold LESS than in February???
That is the situation even for the other console...

For the Wii February was tecnically most important than November O-O but that is extreme...
XB360 and PS3 during February isn't released nothing, and in March is released a lot multiplatform, and two important exclusive, Gears of War Judment and God of War asciension, but both are massive dropped! (-30% for XB360 and -37% PS3 =O )
And for 3DS, even if in March is coming Luigi's Smansion, and in June Animal Crossing, it have sold week by week less than in February during both month... October was Pokémon month and 2DS released, so not count.
For be fast, i think that now February is the third most important month actually, and i think that Sony was a good idea to released The Order in February, as Nintendo for released Zelda and N3DS...
I also think that all console this year (2015) will sell more during February than in March, even if March have 5 week's VS 4 week's (at lest, February will have better week by week)
