I did the same transfer with no problem.
it took 3 hours as I had lots of content but it all worked fne.
the MM game is linked to the machine not the account. Just open the product page on the e-shop and redownload.
In 2/3 hours you should have everything copied over to the new machine. everything will look the same and everything will be downloaded.
