No ones buying a PC to stream Xbox one games lol, they already have it hence its free.  That's like me saying you have to pay every month to play your Wii U since you have to pay for electricity, no people already have electricity.  

But they still aren't free. You pay for them.  And it still is not more practical than the pad.
