I agree with Aquiteguy, I can see where you are coming from the other devices have uses outside of gaming but if you want to play with just touch controls there are a bevy of games for you already on smart phones.  Personally I like physical controlls. But Windows 10 is gonna be free.  I also don't get what you mean by touch controls?  If you use your smart phone to stream Xbox one games you just use the Xbox one controller.

@ bolded IF you have a current PC and all the hardware inside is compatible with windows 10.  I lost several devices (my KVMP switch is the one that really irked me) when going to Windows 7.
