But Windows 10 is gonna be free. I also don't get what you mean by touch controls? If you use your smart phone to stream Xbox one games you just use the Xbox one controller.

@ bolded IF you have a current PC and all the hardware inside is compatible with windows 10. I lost several devices (my KVMP switch is the one that really irked me) when going to Windows 7.
As for your last sentence, fair enough I didn't know that. Does a smart device allow for asymetrical gameplay?
