No ones buying a PC to stream Xbox one games lol, they already have it hence its free.  That's like me saying you have to pay every month to play your Wii U since you have to pay for electricity, no people already have electricity.  

I agree with Aquiteguy, I can see where you are coming from the other devices have uses outside of gaming but if you want to play with just touch controls there are a bevy of games for you already on smart phones.  Personally I like physical controlls. Also you will need Windows 10 if you want to play through your PC if I'm not mistaken.
