Nope. Just for a PC, tablet, or smart phones. That run windows. Even if you already have either they still cost more than $100.

No ones buying a PC to stream Xbox one games lol, they already have it hence its free.  That's like me saying you have to pay every month to play your Wii U since you have to pay for electricity, no people already have electricity.
