I think I've seen it three times.  I almost cried when it ended.  It left such a huge hole in my anime schedule.  The only thing I consider to be on the same level in terms of comic brilliance is Azumanga Daioh.  Daily Life of High School Boys also had its moments, as did School Rumble.  Welcome to the NHK and KareKano could also be hilarious but they had a lot more going on that just comedy so I don't consider them in the same category.
