Those bolded bits are pretty funny. We could argue the toss about the size of the studio, but I don't think ~ 65 employees is small.
Publisher though... they're part of Zenimax Group and the game was published by Bethesda. That's anything but an unknown publisher; it's one of the most recognised publishers in the business.
