Some would really benefit from tie-in cartoons/anime

Fire Emblem would get a proper 15+ anime, think Air Gear in terms of target audience. Star Fox and Kid Icarus would both get cartoons, think Bucky O'Hare/Biker Mice from mars for style, aimed at 10-13 year olds. Kirby and Yoshi would get cartoons aimed at the under 12s. All of them aside from Fire Emblem would be outsourced/joint venture with Disney/Cartoon Network. Fire Emblem would need to go to an adult audience.

More TV advertising is a must.

I'd also look at the possibility of comic books as a way of promoting Star Fox, Kid Icarus and Kirby. Same age ranges as before. The key element is to generate the sort of interest in those IP as our generation had in Pokémon, Transformers, TMNT etc.

The characters and world of Kid Icarus and Star Fox would really appeal to that male tween demographic, but they need exposure to it. TV shows, with accompanying comics, toys and merch, would drive the interest in that brand. Look at something like Adventure Time or Minecraft for a reference. These have really captured children's imaginations in a way that Nintendo's properties haven't in a while.

Also, in the OP it gives me unlimited marketing dollar...

Theme park.

Or rather, work with Disney in order to add in a Nintendo Land section in a several of their themeparks. They'd have a Peach's Castle, Yoshi Dodgems etc etc. A few roller coasters based on adult franchises, such as Zelda and Fire Emblem, and then smaller attractions aimed at the relevant age groups. Again, this would be about putting the branding and the properties into people's consciousness.

The key thing is to ensure that there is saturation of the key demographics for each property. Fire Emblem and Xenoblade need to be strictly older teens/adults. Kid Icarus, Star Fox and Luigis Mansion etc should be aimed at the under 14s. and Kirby and Yoshi should be aimed at the under 10s.
