If it's way different than the originals, they'll say it doesn't have the same feel as the others and hate it. If it feels like the originals, they'll say it's a blatant copy and hate it.

There is simply no pleasing those kind of persons. Moviemakers have to look for a sweetspot to satisfy most of them, because it's impossible to satisfy them all.

Yes, moviefans can be annoying that way. I mainly see this for movie sequels vs. standalone. I'm seriously sick of the persistent negative attitude movie goers seem to have :p 

And yeah, cant please everyone. That being said, I cant wait for this movie
