PS3: Heavenly Sword
Not necessarily the best looking games I have seen, but these are the ones that when I first saw them I was like "Holy S**t!", although Ninja Gaiden on the NES still blows my mind. Great graphics, great gameplay, awesome cutscenes for it's time.
