Oh yeah found the source but that was a year ago. Since then we've had Kinectless XB1 and pricing is ridiculously competitive. Not to mention growing exclusive libraries. 

But this is the fact, this year XBO was at -100$ dropped, have released MUCH MORE exclusives than PS4 and the bandle too... I See that when PS4 will cost 300$ and the exclusive will released the Gap will increase... also PS5 will release 1/2 years after XBT.

Maybe not 2:1 but still...
