Ignore or block users on VGChartz?

I would like to see some examples of those posts as I have never seen someone post something that's against the TOS and not get banned.

From what I can tell, ppl report others for minor things but the mods won't do anything until it builds up then they will start moderating a user on little things. Like if you post mostly negative things about one of the big three, the fanbase reports it everytime. It's just better to have a block feature for that crap.
