Hyrule Warriors 2 if it's on the next Nintendo platform/handheld I think has a decent shot at 2 million WW. It should have a larger userbase to sell to.
Wii U is just too small of a userbase to let many games get far past 1 million. Only the Mario Karts and things of that nature are going to achieve numbers like that.
